Guru Nanak Darbar Gurdwara in Gravesend offers the perfect place for a Sikh wedding. Coupled with the beautiful bride and groom Selina and Surj, it made for a wonderful day. I’ve previously enjoyed photographing at Gravesend Gurdwara, and it always provides a stunning venue for wedding photos.
In addition to the incredible outdoor architecture, the interior of Guru Nanak Darbar Gurdwara is also amazing. Even though I’ve been there many times before, it always surprises me with each visit. A true beauty in Kent.
Earlier in the day, I captured Selina in her beautiful wedding outfit. Without doubt she stunned guests with how incredible she looked! Her wedding dress was by Mongas London. In fact I’ve been lucky to photograph many brides wearing their dresses. All in all, they always look perfect.
My second photographer had earlier photographed the groom getting ready at his home. It was great to see his turban being tied by Bespoke Turbans, who always do an amazing job! I loved the choice of colour!
Later in the morning, groom Surj made a great entrance to Guru Nanak Darbar Gurdwara in a stylish red Porsche. Meanwhile, family and friends gathered for the prewedding rituals.
During the ceremony, it was great to see smiles from the couple. They were clearly so happy to be getting married!
After the wedding, we took couple photos. As you can see, they were naturals! I loved how their wedding outfits complimented the marble exterior. Soft pastel colours work so well here!
In conclusion, if you loved this Guru Nanak Darbar Gurdwara Sikh wedding in Gravesend, please feel free to get in touch! Whenever I visit there I truly enjoy the time. You surely will too!
