Fun times on Samra and Nimai’s pre-wedding shoot in Cambridge!
To begin with, you will see from the smiles in the photos below, I had such a great time with Samra and Nimai on their pre-wedding shoot in Cambridge. I had previously photographed Samra’s cousins wedding, so I was thrilled when Samra got in touch with me about her own wedding.
As a result, Samra and Nimai chose to meet in Cambridge for their pre-wedding shoot. In particular they wanted to get some photos to display at their reception. As well as getting some experience in front of the camera! As with most couples, they were unsure of what to do but it was my job to help them! Nevertheless, they were naturals!
We had no set places to actually go to, but just walked around to explore. As can be seen, there were lovely gardens for Samra and Nimai to get close in!
We walked over this lovely bridge with views of the river and I captured Nimai making Samra laugh with his crazy antics!
The back streets of Cambridge offered so many cool places to photograph a pre-wedding shoot in. Likewise, I loved this street with its stone walls and leading lines.
I discovered this area and found the light to be soft and dramatic for a different portrait.
A trip to Cambridge wouldn’t have been complete without some punting adventures! ‘Punting’ is about smoothly gliding along a river, but Nimai’s efforts were hilarious. It definitely wasn’t as easy as the pro’s make it look! However, we had so much fun and captured some funny memories. In fact it was one of the most fun Cambridge pre-wedding shoots I’ve ever photographed!
Amazing vibes with Samra and Nimai amongst these gorgeous weeping trees.
Get in touch if you loved these photos and would love your pre-wedding shoot in Cambridge.
