Bal and Charan’s spectacular Asian Wedding Reception at Copthorne Hotel Effingham was a pleasure to be a part of.

Since the sun was shining, I made sure Bal and Charan came outside before the reception started. As a result, we got some beautiful portraits! Especially the backlit ones, which are my favourite. Of course, their amazing outfits looked great. Indeed, Bal’s stunning dress from Mongas looked incredible when twirling in the sunshine! She also had her makeup by Suky Mua who always does a great job! Moreover, I have worked with her many times before and highly recommend her!

Bal and Charan were complete naturals in front of the camera. As it happens, they were great on their pre-wedding shoot too. They oozed love and chemistry and were not afraid to show that to me! I believe that when a couple are able to do this, it results in the best photos!

I loved taking these natural portraits of Bal and Charan just before they made their entrance to the wedding reception. Together with the low sun, it made for the perfect condition for portraits. The lovely gardens at Copthorne Hotel Effingham are ideal for taking photos in.

Later, all the guests got on the dance floor and had a great night! During which time there were dhol players and sparklers to bring an amazing party experience.
